フィリー出身のRapper, Lil Uzi Vertの初フィジカル作。チャート1位を獲得し、GrammyのBest New Artistにもノミネートされ、ブレイクを果たしている。もともとはMix Tapeでのリリース予定だったが、MigosのBad and Boujeeでの活躍もあって、急遽CDでのリリースとなったようだ。
Lil Uziを見出した地元の大物、Don CannonがメインのProducerとして制作をリードしている。いわゆるTrapものが多くを占め、哀愁感漂うゆったりとしたビートに、Lil Uziの唄うようなRapがのっかっている。
一部Auto Tuneも使っているようだ。ダウナーで不穏な雰囲気のTrackでDrug依存の個人的な苦しみなどをRapしているのだが、なぜだかメロディがとてもキャッチーで時にメローだったりするのが特徴的だ。
